Police release images of clothes to help identify victims of alleged Sydney childcare paedophile
The Australian Federal Police (AFP) have released images of children's clothing, including a dinosaur puffer jacket, to help identify potential victims of alleged child sex offender Hamish Tait. Tait, a former childcare worker, faces 329 charges related to child abuse material, allegedly occurring at childcare centers primarily in Sydney between 2018 and 2023. The images were found on electronic devices seized during the investigation. Police are urging parents and carers who recognize the clothing items to come forward, as this information could be crucial in identifying further victims. The investigation has already identified six additional victims, reducing the number of unidentified children to 16.
