Covent Garden victims stabbed in the back with pair of scissors, court hears
Stella Gollovena, 47, appeared in court charged with four counts of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon. She is accused of stabbing four men in the back with a pair of scissors in Covent Garden on Wednesday lunchtime. Police were alerted by one of the victims and subsequently arrested Gollovena, who was found with scissors. The four injured men, aged between 34 and 56, were treated in hospital for non-life-threatening stab wounds to their backs and have since been discharged. Gollovena, who has no fixed address, was remanded in custody until her next hearing on September 3rd.
