Volunteers rescue climber stranded on small ledge in California’s Sierra Nevada

A climber became stranded for hours on a narrow, 6-inch ledge over 10,000 feet high in California's Sierra Nevada mountains on Saturday. The experienced climber had veered off the marked path while ascending the Mendenhall couloir on Laurel mountain.
