Aung San Suu Kyi, the 81-year-old detained former leader of Myanmar, spoke with her son, Kim Aris, for the first time in over five years on Thursday. Aris, who resides in the UK, reported that Suu Kyi sounded "fairly healthy" during their telephone conversation.
