Section 1260H list

The Section 1260H list is an expanded roster of Chinese companies identified by the U.S. Defense Department as being linked to China's military, intelligence, or security services. This list is updated annually as required by American law. Recently, the list was expanded to include 188 entities, an increase from the previous 134. This expansion has become newsworthy as it has drawn strong accusations from China, which views the move as an abuse of power and a pretext to curb Chinese corporate development. Beijing has warned of a resolute response.
