Court documents reveal Moreno-Gama opposed artificial intelligence and possessed a list of AI tech executives. He expressed concerns about AI's risk to humanity and potential extinction in a document found during his arrest. The FBI raided Moreno-Gama's home in Spring, Texas, on Monday.

Moreno-Gama has been charged with possession of an unregistered firearm and damage and destruction of property by means of explosives.
