Cheliábinsk

Cheliábinsk is a region in Russia located in the Ural Mountains. It has recently been in the news due to events related to the war in Ukraine and freedom of expression. Additionally, a 70-year-old deputy from the Cheliábinsk region, Valeri Filípov, signed a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense to fight in Ukraine.
