Dural

Dural is a semi-rural suburb on the outskirts of Sydney, Australia. It has recently become newsworthy due to its connection to the alleged kidnapping and murder of 85-year-old Chris Baghsarian. Baghsarian was abducted from his home in North Ryde on February 13th in what police believe was a case of mistaken identity. Following the abduction, police executed a search warrant at a property in Dural, described as a 'makeshift stronghold,' believed to be linked to the crime. Forensic evidence connected to Baghsarian was also found in a burnt-out car linked to the Dural property. The discovery of human remains near a golf club in Pitt Town, another Sydney suburb, is also connected to the case. The investigation is ongoing, with multiple arrests made in connection to the kidnapping and murder.
