Atir Hospitality

Atir Hospitality is a company involved in the restoration of the Teatre Principal in Barcelona. The company has reached an agreement with the Balañá family, the owners of the theater, to carry out a €45 million project to revitalize the historic venue. The Teatre Principal, Barcelona's oldest theater, has been closed since 2017. The restoration project, which is expected to take 30 months, aims to recover the theater's cultural activity and add 10,000 square meters to the building. Atir Hospitality's involvement is significant as it marks the beginning of the long-awaited recovery of an emblematic architectural asset in Barcelona, bringing it back into cultural use after years of inactivity.
