Plataforma per la Llengua is a non-governmental organization founded in Barcelona in 1993, which seeks to defend and extend the use and presence of the Catalan language, to defend the linguistic rights of Catalan speakers, and to promote the broader use of the language as a tool of social cohesion across all the territories where it is spoken.
