Abiy Ahmed

Abiy Ahmed is the Prime Minister of Ethiopia. He came to power in 2018 and initially oversaw a period of reform, winning the Nobel Peace Prize in 2019 for his efforts to resolve the border conflict with Eritrea. However, his tenure has been marked by internal conflict, particularly the Tigray War, which officially ended in 2022 with the Pretoria Agreement.
