Cheng Hon-sze

Cheng Hon-sze, a former Hong Kong school teacher, has been found guilty of two counts of indecent assault against a then 15-year-old student. The assaults allegedly occurred between May and October 2020, involving groping and an obscene act. Cheng was cleared of seven other charges. In a separate court appearance, Cheng, aged 32, had pleaded not guilty to nine counts of indecent assault involving another former student, with whom the assaults allegedly spanned nearly five years. The victim in this case reportedly feared reporting the assaults due to potential repercussions for Cheng. Cheng is currently remanded in custody pending sentencing for the conviction.
