Cyprien Kayumba

Cyprien Kayumba is a former lieutenant-colonel of Hutu ethnicity in Rwanda. He is now facing trial in France for alleged complicity in the 1994 Rwandan genocide against the Tutsi population. Kayumba, who has resided in France since 1998, is accused of providing weapons that were used to exterminate Tutsis during the genocide.
