Isabelle Steyer

Isabelle Steyer is the mother of three young daughters who were tragically murdered by their father in November 2023 in Alfortville, France. She had filed for divorce from her husband, who, according to his own statements, killed their children because he could not bear the thought of them being raised by another man. Steyer is newsworthy because her former husband was recently sentenced to life imprisonment on April 10, 2026, for the murder of their three daughters. The trial took place in Créteil (Val-de-Marne). The father has stated he will not appeal the decision. The case highlights the devastating consequences of domestic violence and the profound impact on surviving family members.
