Peter Sichel

Peter M. F. Sichel was a German-American wine merchant and operative of the U.S. secret services, who popularized the Blue Nun wine brand,. Prior to this he ran the CIA's operations in Berlin and later in Hong Kong during the early stages of the Cold War.
