Riley Barnes

Riley Barnes is a US official within the Trump administration. Currently serving as the US special coordinator for Tibetan issues, appointed in February 2026 by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Barnes' role involves overseeing US policy on Tibet, a move criticized by China as interference in its internal affairs.
