Rosario Murillo

Rosario Murillo is the Vice President of Nicaragua and the wife of President Daniel Ortega. The Ortega-Murillo government is currently under scrutiny from the UN, which has denounced a transnational network allegedly used to spy on and harass opposition figures outside of Nicaragua. Murillo, along with Ortega, are staunch allies of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro. Recently, Nicaraguan authorities have arrested dozens of people for reportedly supporting Maduro's capture.
