The affected individual is a 42-year-old man with pre-existing chronic liver disease, whose blood sample tested positive for the virus. This development has prompted health authorities to investigate and issue public health advisories. Residents in affected areas, such as the Laguna Verde estate, have responded by intensifying cleaning and pest prevention efforts. Janitors were observed conducting deep-cleaning of public spaces, including common areas, waterfront promenades, and planters, to mitigate potential rodent presence and transmission routes.
