The Luzon Economic Corridor (LEC) is a multilateral infrastructure and economic development project connecting key economic growth centers on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. Encompassing Subic Bay, Clark, Metro Manila, and Batangas, the corridor aims to accelerate strategic investments in freight rail, port modernization, clean energy supply chains, agribusiness, and digital infrastructure.
