STAVLA

STAVLA is a Spanish flight crew union. Recent news focuses on its involvement in negotiating a voluntary redundancy agreement (ERE) with Iberia airlines. Iberia proposed the ERE to reduce its workforce by up to 996 employees, representing less than 10% of its current staff. STAVLA, along with other flight crew unions (SEPLA, SITCPLA, Candidatura Independiente, UGT vuelo, and CCOO vuelo) and ground staff unions, reached an agreement with Iberia after intense negotiations. The agreement includes terms for pre-retirement packages (80% of gross salary) and severance pay (35 days per year worked for those under 60).
